North Windy Ridge offers Battle of the Books for both 5th and 6th grade students.
Fifth Grade students take part in the elementary version and Sixth Grade competes in the original Middle School version of the Club.
Battle of the Books is an after school club for sixth grade students who love to read. Students work throughout the school year to read the following book list of 16 titles. In the Spring the team competes against other intermediate and middle schools on their knowledge of the books. Students answer questions about the books by identifying the book title and author. BoB meets after school one day a week until 3:30.
