Fall 2020 Remote Learning

Welcome to the 2020 school year! Although things currently are not necessarily ideal, I am happy to be back to interact with each and every one of my ACRMS students on a daily basis. Even under these current circumstances, our goals in P.E. have not changed: BE SAFE! BE ACTIVE! HAVE FUN! The way we go about it just may be a little different for now.
All classes will take place in Google Classroom and on Zoom. Please join Zoom meetings during your scheduled time only. Class times are listed below. We will do new workouts daily. Here are some things that will help you make the most of our remote P.E. classes.

  • Have device ready for class.
    • Check Wifi.
    • Check Zoom app and camera.
  • Have a designated space to perform physical activity.
  • Wear clothes appropriate for physical activity
  • If possible, use the restroom before and after class, rather than during class.
  • Have water directly available to you so that you can drink without leaving class.


  • Please refrain from making disrespectful comments in any form or format.
  • All Zoom participants will be muted. If you have a question or concern, please place it in the chatbox and I will address it during a break.
  • Do your best!


  • Be on time.
    • Roll will be taken within the first 5 minutes of class.
  • Complete the workout/activity at the level you feel comfortable, keeping in mind that pushing yourself a little past your comfort level may prove to be most beneficial to your overall health.
  • Complete the Google Form completely, including the Fun Fact of the Day thought and the Health, Google It!


Grades will be entered every other week and will be guided by our NC Standards.

  • Feel free to submit videos and feedback on the Google Forms; however, videos and feedback will not be part of your grade.
