Dear Rocket Family,

            I want to welcome you to another great school year! My name is Wendy Nevarez and I am serving you and your student as the PTO President. We look forward to fulfilling our commitment to enhancing our already wonderful school with additional materials, support, and funding so that they can make our children’s learning experience the best it can be. No Fundraisers for PTO

 

In order to fund our goals and needs for the school year we need an approximate budget of $10,000. In order NOT to sell “junk” we do a Big Give Fundraiser where you donate what you can. We currently have 575 students, so if each family gave $17.39 that would help us meet our goal. Some families can do more some less and we understand if you can’t donate! We appreciate everything you can do including donating your time. 

If you have a business that you would like marketed through the yearbook, website, Facebook, marquee, and all call messages please contact me to go over the details. We love to support local business and we appreciate local business’ support!

Attached you will find the Big Give Flyer with information on giving. We accept cash, check (made out to ACRMS PTO), and PayPal (paypal.me/ACREYNOLDMIDDLE) Need a receipt please email me to let me know.

Also, attached is the PTO Membership Form. Please consider where you could do your small contribution to the big picture!

Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) Meetings - 3:15- 4 PM and 5:30-6:15 PM (both meetings are the same day – only come to one of them) – 9/16, 10/21, 11/18, 12/16, 1/27, 2/24, 3/23, 4/20, 5/18

School Improvement Team (SIT) Meetings - 3:30 pm – 4:30 pm – 8/21, 9/4, 10/2, 11/6, 12/4, 1/8, 2/5, 3/4, 4/1, 5/6

Parent Advisory Committee (PAC) Meetings - 7:30 am – 8:30 am – 9/18, 12/11, 2/19, 5/20

Teacher Appreciation Lunch – December 20th (Food donations and Cafeteria Monitors needed)

Talent Show – March Date and Time TBD

Teacher Appreciation Week – May 4th – 8th

8th Grade Semi-Formal – May Date and Time TBD
